Aðaldalur commercial area

Surrounded by unrivaled natural beauty, Aðaldalur offers an attractive commercial zone in a calm, yet well connected area. Close to the intersection between national roads no 85 and 845 and about 8 km from the Húsavík airport the location has a vast range of potentials. Húsavík harbour is 20 km to the north providing international shipping connections. The capital of the north, Akureyri, is located 65 km to the west providing access to international flights via the Akureyri airport. 

The area is 0,5 ha and can be divided into 2 or 3 plots for clean commercial activities. The local plan also includes a residential area and plots for service buildings. Kindergarten and elementary school are within walking distance. The zone is located within the Laxá river protective catchment area.
